Linda A. (Lewinski) Long, of Malden died at her home on March 17, 2014 at the age of 58. Linda was born & raised in Boston and a graduate of Boston High School, Class of 1974. She resided in Somerville & Malden for several years and worked as an Operations Manager for Clarion Partners in Boston. Linda was an avid motorcycle rider and loved to go camping, fishing, skiing, hiking and horseback riding. She enjoyed traveling to Mexico, St. Martin and Quebec, Canada. Linda was the devoted daughter of the late John & Angela (Wendland) Lewinski. Loving mother of Jennifer Long-Henry & her husband Christopher of Malden. Caring sister of John Lewinski & his wife Sallie of CA, Diane Thatcher of Malden and the late Sandra Conlin and Walter Lewinski. Cherished grandmother of Darius, Terrell and Ciara. Devoted aunt of Michelle Thatcher of Malden. Visiting hours will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Sunday, March 23rd from 2-5PM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. A funeral service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Indian School, 1301 North Main St., Chamberlain, SD 57325.
