Dear Cousins, You have shared a beautiful written and digital memory of your Mom, my Aunt Ginny. She came in 1962 to Delaware to be with my father, John, as he was passing. I remember her smile and warm hugs as she comforted us. Glad to see that she enjoyed a loving life with her children and grandchildren. Please take comfort in knowing we always have had warm thoughts of Aunt Ginny. Jerry Snow

Ginny's smile did light up the room. Ginny had the kindest heart and gave off the most loving presence. Ginny was so caring to our Nana Phyllis and Grampy Al. Such a compassionate, empathetic, and sincere woman with a beautiful heart. Thank you Ginny for always being so thoughtful and kind. You also gave off such a positive light. You are loved so dearly by your precious family. I loved hearing about you raising your wonderful family and how proud you were of that. May God bless you Ginny and your family. I'm so glad you had those wonderful years of your life to touch others. You will be greatly missed. I Love you.

Dear Nancy,Sue,Masha,Jen and to the entire family of Ginny,
I remember your Mom so well from Alpha Ind 1984. It seems like it was yesterday. The first day I went into fill out application she was wearing a kelly green pant suit with a scarf and jewelry to complete the outfit. She was friendly and kind to me from the start. I know she will be missed and it is the saddest time to loose a loved one but I believe she is in a better place and will watch over you all.
Sending love , prayers and hugs to you all xo Love Brenda

I am so sorry for the loss of this beautiful woman. Her presence brought joy & even now a smile as I think of her. Her legacy will live on thru her wonderful children & grandchildren. I had the pleasure of getting to know her & some of them while working @ Rosewood. I remember commenting on the natural good looks she obviously passed on to her children, not an ugly one in the whole lot & then her responding inside & out! And that was true. I had to figure out almost by myself, mmmm who paid for this residents haircut, who supplied another w all the candy another resident took so much joy from as he gave some out after each meal. I walked into another residents room to find Saint Susan & Saint Marsha redecorating her room, hanging shelves so the resident had easier access to her many scarfs. I remember after almost every lunch one of the daughter would sit with her in the lobby & almost always making sure another resident was invited. One of my fondest memori!
es of Virginia & her family was when Marsha brought music into the dining room to be enjoyed by her mom & all. There was a woman who did not smile much but when she played some Greek music she was so happy! I remember watching a resident walk into the dining room slowly with her walker but then break out into dance! I was afraid for her but so happy! I will miss them all so much. Sometimes Virginia would say when leaving the dining room "see you later alligator" we would try to keep it going, in a while crocodile! I so admired the peace she seemed to exuberate just knowing she was loved & cared for by her family.
A life that touches others goes on forever.

I'm so grateful I go to spend time with Ginny over Thanksgiving. She always loved and appreciated special times at family parties! She had a huge presence, typically surrounded by her beautiful grandchildren, her children and close family friends! And she had great style and interest in everyone! I loved that she used her gym membership all these years (that's true dedication), golfed and formed countless friendships with so many! She loved and was truly loved! Blessings to all of Ginnys friends and family. She will be missed.

Ginnie was the voice and the presence that made Alpha Industries a classy place to work. Her voice & smile brightened the lobby & she was loved by everyone. I was heartbroken when I heard of Virginia's passing. I will miss her daily visits to the lobby (my "office") after lunch with any one of her wonderful daughters or grandchildren. I will also miss her sweet smile and her compliments on my many pairs of shoes. She could also be quite funny and would sometimes lack a filter on some of her comments which would make Marsha practically turn inside out in embarrassment. I appreciated some of those unfiltered comments to the point of laughing too hard to answer the phone. I truly loved Virginia as well as her girls and will miss you all. Rest in Peace sweet lady and God bless your beautiful family. XO

So very sorry to hear about Virginia's passing. She was one in a million. Always, fun and caring of others. She was so creative with her projects with me, she really had fun doing creative things. Virginia was very lucky, to have such a caring and loving family always there for her, and others at Rosewood. That is such a tribute to Virginia as a person. We all appreciated the Virginia we grew to love over the years. She will be missed by so many. Always grateful ,Denise Carye Activities Rosewood
