I knew Donny from the 80s....as an actor my journey took me to NYC, Donny to LA and we lost touch we each other, but we shared salutations via mutual friends...
Donny was a great guy....always upbeat and always with that smile.....I am saddened by this news of his passing and very sorry for your loss....you have my deepest condolences.....

I met Don in 1989 when I was living in Boston. He was a kind person and a good friend.

Don and i were like brothers for a long time- we met here and i visited him a few times in CA and then he moved home-he had a heart for people and friends and would do anything for his family and friends- Many friends we associated with will miss him and like me did not know or do not know of his passing-
His family is a wonderful and loving family and he often had me over for holiday dinners
